She wants Kody to take a test to establish “Truely’s paternity” because his name isn’t mentioned on the latter’s birth certificate. If they failed to do so, their actions would be considered “contempt of court.” Hence, if Christine and Kody even tried to document the proceedings, they would have to pay a fine and time in jail.
