While Sister Wives fans have watched as Christine Brown Woolley has made change through the years, she takes a moment to reflect and help others. But leaving Kody Brown was a very difficult process for her and she wants to encourage others that need to leap.

Christine Brown Woolley Has Made Huge Changes

Undeniably, the journey to leaving Kody Brown was long and arduous for Christine Brown Woolley.  In November 2021, after being in a plural marriage for 25 years, Christine and Kody called it quits. On Instagram she said, “After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave.” Not long after in December 2022, Janelle Brown also left. Then, Meri Brown followed suit and finally threw in the towel in January 2023. Sadly, Christine admits that Kody was only wanting the “positive” and “fun” side of her.

At that point, she says, “I stopped focusing on him and I started focusing on me and my life and my kids. It was that day and I loved that day.” However, after these difficult decisions, she says she has her “fairytale” with her new husband, David Woolley who seems to love her with all her shenanigans, not just the “happy” sides.

Christine Brown Tells Fans Don’t Stay Stuck, Take Leap To Change

On Christine Brown Woolley’s Instagram page, she tells fans about taking an important leap even when it is scary. Admittedly, she felt stuck for many years and then was freed by her decision to leave. She added a carousel of photos showing how she is still changing even after leaving Kody Brown. She captions: “Over the last few years, many people have reached out to me, looking for the courage to make a change. ❤️😭 Let this be the day that you step out into the uncomfortable, unfamiliar or even the scary. Change is scary. But we can do scary things. 💪❤️ #empowered #makeachange #yougotthis #believeinyourself #positivechange.”

Many Fans Are Inspired By Her Journey

After Christine Brown Woolley posted how she has helped others move through the decision to embrace change, several Sister Wives fans acknowledged her helping them. She plays Pink’s song “Courage” which is completely focused on having the courage to change and not remain stuck.
